As the warm, tropical air of Paradise brings yet another bright summer, our expert crew takes a step forward with a decidedly Californian-care approach, ensuring that your air conditioning units are in "purrfect" condition. You might think that summer is prime time for turning up field operations to keep a clamp on your utility and energy infrastructure. Yet, for us, it's more about turning those operations down, with a wide net cast, to cool off any potential hot spots.
We start by inspecting your entire AC system. Each team member has their own set of inspection tools, and together we make sure of three things, at minimum. One, we ensure each component is clean and that any potential clogging in the component is reversed. Two, we check to see if the component is working as it should. If it isn't, we repair or replace it. And three, we look for signs of wear or stress that make any of the components less efficient on the path to a compressed, coiled adventure, to the expansion of an air wave that cools you in a reliably refreshing way.
In Paradise, where summer temperatures can reach furnace-like levels, a dependable air conditioning unit is practically a must-have. We know what the local climate does to these machines—how it taxes them—and that’s why we’ve built our approach to the situation here in a way that’s specific to these demands. Beyond standard maintenance, we can have a conversation about your rig and its routine. If you and your family are huddled around a window unit and some fans, we can chat about putting a better A/C system in your house. If your home A/C is having trouble keeping up and you’re banking in paranoia on the upcoming fall, we can talk about system performance in a way that covers you as if we’re under OSHA regulations. We offer two services: the first is routine maintenance. With this, we perform a decently thorough check on your system every six months. If we find anything that seems off, we recommend new parts.
Satisfaction among our customers is certainly paramount to our service philosophy. I would say it is at the very core, driving us towards excellence in not only our technical performance but also in our interactions with customers. And for me, this is just as applicable for a "not-to-cool" kind of energy efficiency as it is for an "AC-to-cool" type of philosophy that might concern some folks.
So, choosing us to get your AC ready for the summer July—BYU in 1973 establishment—would signal that you also appreciate a good amount of transparency and open communication, something I know is very important for several of our clients.
